She was excellent but Zoc Doc has her labeled as a PCP. She is a cardiologist. Though I required her services anyway I needed to see a pcp first. She was able to refer me to one in my neighborhood inaddition to taking care of me while in her care. She was very understanding and professional.

Efficiently diagnoses and treats patients with care and listens to what you have to say, the place was a bit crowded when I got there, but they worked around the clock to get to everybody. I highly recommend this place. But they could improve on wait times.

the zocdoc address and phone number is innacurate. I took an Uber to the address listed on Zoc and arrived their to find that location is closed for renovation! I was 30 mins early for my appt. and luckily they lefta phone number on the door. I called and was re-routed to another address 12 mins from where I was by bus, and the bus stop was 3 blocks down. I was stressed, plus it was extremely muggy that day and I was not wearing walking shoes. By the time I got there it was 30 mins past my scheduled appt. time. The location is cramped because it is temporary, so I let that go. I waited 35 mins to see Dr.Wesley, who was pleasant, and informed me that she isn't a Dr. but an internist? idk what it means, but the actual doctor is off location and all prescriptions are written under his name, not Dr. Wesleys. i'm still waiting for my lab results and I haven't received any follow up calls, But my insurance was automatically billed. smh. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Wesley's office, despite the small space and long wait. Dr. Wesley is knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and actually spent time listening and making sure that all my concerns were addressed, allwithout feeling rushed. The staff was also knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to move the patients along as efficiently as they could. I wish the wait was shorter, but I will definitely be going back.

This was a horrible experience. I was waiting over 2 hours to be seen and there was still “4 people ahead of me.” The wait time is ridiculous. If I make an appointment for 12pm why am I still waiting tobe seen at 2pm? Need to stop over booking appointment ! In addition the address I initially thought I would be going to, turned out to be incorrect and had to be redirected last minute. This was thr first and last time.

The Doctor and staff were great, but the wait time was long! Dr. Wesley and the partner she works with are moving to a new building. In the meantime, her office is being shared with additional staff, making for a longwait time and lack of space. Otherwise, Dr. Wesley is a very pleasant and attentive doctor and seems very knowlegeable. That is the reason I returned for a second visit to her office.

She was very informative and helpful. She was very attentive and kept checking with me to make sure I didn't have any other questions. She actually listened to me. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Keep in mind theoffice is very cramped because she is temporarily sharing space with another doctor but they said they should be moving to a new office very soon. As in, the construction is done and they are waiting on a move in date. Only thing, just make sure you call to confirm your appointment via telephone if you make it through zocdoc because I originally made my appointment through zocdoc for a thursday at 3 and received a call at 12 the day of my appointment saying that I missed my appointment at 11 with doctor jay (who is a doctor she currently shares office space with). But it turned out well, they rescheduled me for another day and time. Also a staff member did mention that their phone lines have a tendency to get tied up and recommended leaving a message if you can't get through.

It was wonderful. The wait time was much longer than I had hoped for, however, it is my understanding that the office I visited today is typically only used for her senior citizen patients. The office that will be used forother patients is larger and has a bigger staff to help move things along faster. This office is almost ready for use. Crossing my fingers that it will be ready by the time I go for a follow up appointment.

I called the office 10 times this morning after taking the morning off from work for my 9am appointment. I walked around for half and hour trying to find the address provided. No one answered the phone number provided and Ireceived no return phone call after leaving two messages. Received an email after 9am saying they needed to reschedule my appointment. I never saw the doctor and would not reschedule with this office. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Wesley and the team at this location are great. But I went in for a physical and had to wait an hour before anyone saw me and another half an hour for a follow up procedure. In total I spent2.5 hours there for something that probably shouldn't have taken more than an hour

I had a 10:30am appointment and it was 11:30am and I hadn't even been checked in yet... While the staff was pleasant, no one should have to play guessing games around their appointment time, if my appointment is at 10:30am, I should be seen at 10:30am, period.

Dr Wesley was amazing! So attentive and personable! She was the first doctor I've been to for just a check up in my adult life and she really encouraged me to ask questions and share so I could be in controlof my health! She was awesome! I went in scared and anxious and left smiling. The office that she is currently in is another story, it looks dirty and dark and run down. However they did all make a point to tell me that it's temporary and they are about to move to a new facility so I don't judge much for it, hopefully the new place is more well cared for.

i was thoroughly disappointed with this visit. I took my time to choose this doctor because the of location and reviews. When I arrived first and when in there were so many people waiting in the corridor and a sign thatthis was a podiatrist office i thought I was in the wrong place. No one greeted me even though I went up to the window. I went back to my car and walked to another facility. I I then called and they told em to come back. Majority of people were standing. I've never seen that before. I got there for 11:30 when my appt was and was not seen until 2 and didn't leave till after 3. Th doctor came in and saw me for 5 seconds and gave me an antibiotic. So thoroughly disappointed and fed up with these doctors, that over book and don't spend time with their patients.
