Very personable doctor. Didn’t make assumptions and awaiting tests for a difinitive answer I respect that. She was knowledgeable in her practice and love the bedsid manner by all the staff
They made me feel hopefully about my health.
The Doctor and staff were great, but the wait time was long! Dr. Wesley and the partner she works with are moving to a new building. In the meantime, her office is being shared with additional staff, making for a long wait time and lack of space. Otherwise, Dr. Wesley is a very pleasant and attentive doctor and seems very knowlegeable. That is the reason I returned for a second visit to her office.
Dr. Wesley was very thorough, the type of doctor I need in my life.
She was very informative and helpful. She was very attentive and kept checking with me to make sure I didn't have any other questions. She actually listened to me. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Keep in mind the office is very cramped because she is temporarily sharing space with another doctor but they said they should be moving to a new office very soon. As in, the construction is done and they are waiting on a move in date. Only thing, just make sure you call to confirm your appointment via telephone if you make it through zocdoc because I originally made my appointment through zocdoc for a thursday at 3 and received a call at 12 the day of my appointment saying that I missed my appointment at 11 with doctor jay (who is a doctor she currently shares office space with). But it turned out well, they rescheduled me for another day and time. Also a staff member did mention that their phone lines have a tendency to get tied up and recommended leaving a message if you can't get through.
It was wonderful. The wait time was much longer than I had hoped for, however, it is my understanding that the office I visited today is typically only used for her senior citizen patients. The office that will be used for other patients is larger and has a bigger staff to help move things along faster. This office is almost ready for use. Crossing my fingers that it will be ready by the time I go for a follow up appointment.
I called the office 10 times this morning after taking the morning off from work for my 9am appointment. I walked around for half and hour trying to find the address provided. No one answered the phone number provided and I received no return phone call after leaving two messages. Received an email after 9am saying they needed to reschedule my appointment. I never saw the doctor and would not reschedule with this office. Very unprofessional.
Wait time needs to be shorter
She was attentive and was though in asking questios about my health. She set a plan and checked in with me to see if I had any questions. She explained things in a way that made sense to me so that I could move forward.
Dr. Wesley and the team at this location are great. But I went in for a physical and had to wait an hour before anyone saw me and another half an hour for a follow up procedure. In total I spent 2.5 hours there for something that probably shouldn't have taken more than an hour
I had a 10:30am appointment and it was 11:30am and I hadn't even been checked in yet... While the staff was pleasant, no one should have to play guessing games around their appointment time, if my appointment is at 10:30am, I should be seen at 10:30am, period.
I would have an opinion if I Dr Wesley the doctor I had seen. I chose her because I wanted a women and an African American women, but she was not at the queens site Saturday that just past. All and my experience is that office was a pleasant once. The staff is very warmand friendly something I haven't seen in the larger clnics
It was good i didn't have to wait for long
It was a great experience. Finally I found a primary doctor that I like- great staff, evening and weekend appointments and the doctor is phenomenal.
My visit was great. Devastating news for me but it had nothing to do with the doctor. Will start treament immediately and I look foward to an ongoing relationship with her.
Dr. Wesley is a very professional. I would reccomend her to anyone
They've improved significantly from my last few appointments with them
I was told that Dr. Wesley couldn't make it instead I got Dr. Jay whom was very compassionate and kind. Dr. Jay is awesome!
She was great
Dr. Wesley was amazing. Very polite and very professional. The staff were also very nice and knowledgeable. I have been looking for a good primary care physician for a while now and I think I've found my match.
Met her before for my mom by she is hardly ever at the Queen's location.
Dr Wesley was amazing! So attentive and personable! She was the first doctor I've been to for just a check up in my adult life and she really encouraged me to ask questions and share so I could be in control of my health! She was awesome! I went in scared and anxious and left smiling. The office that she is currently in is another story, it looks dirty and dark and run down. However they did all make a point to tell me that it's temporary and they are about to move to a new facility so I don't judge much for it, hopefully the new place is more well cared for.
i was thoroughly disappointed with this visit. I took my time to choose this doctor because the of location and reviews. When I arrived first and when in there were so many people waiting in the corridor and a sign that this was a podiatrist office i thought I was in the wrong place. No one greeted me even though I went up to the window. I went back to my car and walked to another facility. I I then called and they told em to come back. Majority of people were standing. I've never seen that before. I got there for 11:30 when my appt was and was not seen until 2 and didn't leave till after 3. Th doctor came in and saw me for 5 seconds and gave me an antibiotic. So thoroughly disappointed and fed up with these doctors, that over book and don't spend time with their patients.
Made me feel at ease aff the first introduction.
Dr Wesley is a great doctor. The office she is located in is a bit rough around the edges but her service made up for it. She asked questions I don't normally have doctors ask me that gives her the information she needs to really examine me. I asked for extra tests and she is okay with it. I can't wait for them to move to a bigger office.
every one is very nice I did not had to wait.
I can not remember the last time I had an internist that actually LISTENED to me. She explained things to me that I never knew. I appreciate all that she told me. Her staff was terrific. I will continue to see her.
Office is tight but very welcoming... a little busy in the beginning and was not sure if I should sign in or not, because i was not greeted when I came to the check-in window, but I signed in anyway and was called right away to hand in identification/ insurance and fill out paper work. The staff was nice and showed a warm people person manner once I got called. Dr Wesley was extremely nice to me and showed great care. She was very through in checking everything and listened attentively to my concerns. I got there at 9:30 was out by 11:40 not to bad considering I got there 15 min late. I will be going back.
My appointment exceeded my expectations with Dr. Wesley she was sweet and very professional. Her assistant was very helpful. The only negative was the long wait I had to endure to get a referral at the front desk, after my appointment was over. But otherwise I plan to attend this doctor regularly. They informed me they are moving soon can't wait to see the new office!
Wait was pretty long and secretary got my appointment time wrong from when I scheduled it on this app. I honestly think the reason the wait was so long was because it was a mid day appointment. Highly recommend early or late times. Overall not a bad experience.
Dr. Wesley was great. It's been years since I've seen a doctor and she didn't make me feel guilty at all. She was very hospitable and reassuring. Added bonus-the team of nurses were all very sweet and friendly!
Dr. Wesley was very friendly and professional. She was willing to listen and accepted me as an intelligent human being. very nice person and professional.
Dr. Wesley has a warm personality, which is a rare find in most doctors. She addressed my concerns and put together a comprehensive plan for testing and treatment. Office can get crowded at times, not a bad idea to arrive a few minutes early.
I was seen by Dr. Jay, He was amazing and very kind. The whole overall Staff was very kind and I felt welcomed.
The staff are friendly and the environment feels safe and comfortable
Dr. Wesley is very professional and friendly. She was calm and answered all questions asked. The only problem was that it took more than an hour to see her, otherwise, everything was perfect.
I was sad that I had to go see another doctor after being with my doctor for over 15yrs. But I must say, I felt right at home. The staff was LOVELY!!!! Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable. The office is very cozy and clean. I was very pleased with my visit. I was seen quickly and my problem was taken care of, with care! I would definitely recommend this office. I saw Dr. J, not only is he a great doctor, but he's very funny. Everyone deserves an A+ here, it is very hard to find an office where everyone is on the same page! Thank you all!
Great experience and staff...kind, courteous very professional, answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I had a thorough exam and everything was done in the office which was very convenient. We have a new doctor for our family.
The wait was a little long as some reviewers have mentioned. However, when you meet the doctor and the staff, you get it. Super thorough, allows time for short or long winded questions which explains the wait. Nicest, most attentive professionalism I have experienced in a long time for a neighborhood home/office set up. The clinic is falling apart in every way because they are in transition to a new facility. The staff and doctors are pretty transparent about it they kinda have to be, its bad. But they are also very apologetic every second, checking on you making sure your comfortable, which I like. Its a tiny space and you can tell their growing which is a great sign. I've been in places that don't even acknowledge the mess that is there clinic; holes, tape everywhere and nasty attitude to boot. That wasn't the case at this clinic. Despite the appearance the staff made the experience comfortable. Sometimes you don't get a second chance to make a first impression especially when the odds are stacked but I'll be back. And look forward to transitioning with them to their new facility.
She was very pleasant and explained everything so I could understand. The staff was excellent and very professional.
I had a very pleasant visit at this office. The assistants were very knowledgeable and caring. Very thankful !
There aren't even words to describe my visit to Dr. Wesley's office. Quite frankly this was such a nightmarish experience. I'm still in complete shock and waiting for the candid cameras to appear. The "medical office" was dilapidated, disgusting, and very unsanitary. So much so that I refused to let them perform blood work on me. The doctor and nurse didn't even have the decency to allow me to undress in private. Nor did they provide me with a cloth robe. Even worse, the doctor didn't use gloves during my physical examination. I would've run for the hills had I not been frozen in shock. I definitely will not be going back and implore you not to waste your time. The intake clinician/PA was professional and friendly--only positive.
The wait time from beginning to end was killer. Overall, the visit took about an hour and a half longer than I anticipated. I also ended up filling out info I had already filled out online. Dr. Wesley, however, was great. She listened carefully to everything I said, she was kind, and her next steps made sense. The staff was also a plus--not too cold, not too casual. I was pleased with my experience and plan to return.
Promt, Pleasant and knowledgeable, office is small and old but they are moving to a brand new office space sometime this year so that should improve. Overall good first visit. Will be back.
Dr Wesley was very friendly and patient. She listened to my concerns and explained how we would proceed to get my mom the best care. I was pleased and glad I chose her
Very professional I felt as if Dr Wesley and the staff were very professional and caring.
The wait was unbelievably long. No sense in making an appointment when there are 4 people ahead of you.
She's amazing! The office wasn't in the best conditions.
Dr Wesley is definitely a people's person, she has great interpersonal skills, and she knows her stuff!!!
I came in and was seen within the first 10mins. I like the nurse staff, they worked effectively as well as efficiently. They were very helpful to me and answered all of my questions.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely nice.
Marsha was extremely personable and easy to talk to. I felt very welcomed and comfortable to share my health history with her.
The staff here was great. Dr Jay is a great Dr here
Was a great first visit. Will go again
Very good. She's patient and easy going. Made me feel very comfortable.
I thought I had the flu... Turned out it was an abscess and it was causing me to have flu symptoms. I quickly found Dr. Wesley on this app and felt confident in my decision due to all of her positive reviews. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up. The office itself is extremely unkept and dirty. Lots of people in the waiting room, staff everywhere... And although they were friendly, they weren't focused and seemed almost frazzled at times. Wait time wasn't long, so that was a plus. Dr. Wesley confirmed my abscess and then proceeded to send me away with a prescription for Tylenol and an antibiotic. She also made me an appointment with another doctor, for the next day. I was shocked she couldn't do the simple procedure as most primary physicians would have. The doctor she set me up with was a Gastrointerologist. This has nothing to do with the location of my abscess. I left in pain and no better off than when I came. I went home, found a new physician and told them what happened and they squeezed me in right away. I went in, they drained the abscess and sent me home. I left feeling a million times better, informed and taken care of. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Wesley's. I would never recommend her office or return myself.
I like her she's very nice and takes her time with knowing you and your reason of your visit.
She was amazing and she helped me out a lot!
Dr. Marsha Wesley was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very serious about meeting my needs. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Marsha Wesley.
Amazing Doctor. Real, funny and professional.
It was very good n i wud recommend
She was very thorough with her questioning and was very interested in getting to know more about me not only as a patient but as a patient. The only thing I hope will be improved is the wait time. However, the staff and other providers were very professional.
New patient so had to do some paperwork...administration staff were very helpful in helping me navigate my insurance. While waiting, I saw how the staff really know the patients. The office is small and shared so at one point people were standing in the waiting room, but I was told they will be moving to a brand new building in a few months. Dr. Wesley was very nice, asked many questions and genuinely listened. I will be going back for my follow up but I plan to keep Dr Wesley as my primary doctor!
So my appointment was at 5:45 and I got there an hour early. Which was not bad cuz I only waited an hour for them to call my name.. The staff was very nice and friendly and the doctor was great too. Will be going back.
Dr Wesley was very nice. I wasnt too pleased wkth the appearance of the office and when i got there the waiting room was packed. Other than that the staff was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.
Minus the wait time, it was a great experience.
Very polite, but at the same time very serious about what's going on (condition), was thorough with questioning figuring out what's best to move forward.
It was my first visit and the staff and doctor made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
Dr Wesley was extremely professional and just an all around sweet person. I am definitely going to keep her as my primary doctor.
Dr made u feel comfortable and real friendly environment for a first time there it felt like they know me for years I would recommend it to others
She is a good doctor. Very thorough. The waiting area was crowded but there is more than one doctor there, so the wait was not as bad as I though it would be. She took time to explain things and I would recommend her to others.
My visit to Dr. Wesley was very informative, personal and she takes her time addressing your health issues. Great bedside manners. She's always pleasant even if you do not follow her directives. I would not trade her for the world. Great job MD.
It was great, the entire staff was friendly and personable. I left feeling like I made the right decision. Though I thought I was meeting with Dr. Wesely, I met with Dr. Jay instead and he was delightful. I'm happy to have found such a lovely primary Doctor with such a lovely staff!
My visit with her was GREAT!!! the only issue was the office appearance and the VERY LONG wait to see her and it has happened several times :( :(
Extremely professional and courteous. Great bedside manner.
Dr. Marsha is so kind and caring. When you speak to her you know she is listening. She makes you feel secure, which is what I need when I'm at the doctor's office. The nurses are all very friendly but very busy trying to navigate a full waiting room and a tight space. Make sure to bring a snack (for the wait) and arrive on time.
Pleasant experience. Friendly warm
My visit was excellent and i will recommend family members and friends
My visit was very good and thorough. Very professional staff and great doctor.
I love it . Very welcoming and warm.
I explained that I was feeling a (bubble) clot in my right leg and the doctor did not question anything about it. He was more focus on the previous blood clot I had in my left leg.....now I have to find another doctor to actually check
Dr. Wesley shares here ZocDoc id with Dr. Jayasundera at her BK location; you may end up seeing him when scheduling an appointment with her.
This doctor is extremely unprofessional! Did not take the time to evaluate me after waiting for an hour I was only seen for 5 minutes. She was on her phone the entire time texting in the room which I have never experienced before, didn't really probe to find out what's wrong and was just not caring and completely nonchalant about the whole thing, and couldn't wait to leave the room. Was also whispering with the nurse about me, which is just disturbing! I don't know if she has some bias to medicaid or because she is just terrible in general. Either way, I will not be going back to this establishment. If it wasn't for me aging out of my parents private insurance I would never come here!
Although the center is pretty small, waiting room was packed on a Saturday morning, we have to wait an hour before seen.beside that, everyone and dr Wesley were wonderful and caring.
I instantly liked her . She & her whole staff were friendly & courteous. Will be going back .
