This was a disaster! I still have a difficult time believing that such an unprofessional and disorganized team of health professionals can practice and operate in USA.
I made an appointment for 2:30 PM through Zocdoc and when the secretary called me, she said that it was for 2:30 PM but I should come earlier because it's "First come, first serve." I had never heard that before. So, I showed up at 12 noon. I waited 2 HOURS for them to finally take an X-ray. After waiting for 3 hours, I went to the secretary and told her how ridiculous this wait was. Then, they proceeded to make me wait for another 45 minutes and I finally saw the Doctor for only 10 minutes where he suggested that I get an MRI.
I went for a 2nd appointment and the same deal. This time I did not wait longer than 30 minutes and just left. There was absolutely no indication that they would call me.
This practice is a disaster! They need to reconsider how they book appointment and need major business consultation. I heard at least 6 people as I waited, who also complained about the wait. Seriously, how difficult is it to book people at a specific time and accept them after a brief wait.
Go see this doctor and book ONLY if you are patient enough to wait for 4 hours to see a doctor for 10 minutes. Otherwise, move on ZocDoc users!
