As I walked into the building I received a text message that my information was at the office and all I had to do was check in. Upon my arrival at the office, the front desk staff told me that I had to complete the paperwork all over again (after having done it online already) because "They don't have the right forms and don't really send them to us." Why do they use the system if it doesn't do what you want it to?
Dr. Zimmerman spent about a minute and a half with me. He did not review my medical history nor my allergies before writing me not one, but two, prescriptions for something for which I have an allergy and then had the nerve to ask if I had written it down. He also performed a hearing test on me after I specifically noted that there was no change in my hearing. No doubt it was to gouge my insurance company. Not feeling a great deal of confidence in this doctor.

This was my first time seeing Dr.Zimmerman. The wait time was too long. My appointment was at 4pm and got called in at 4:40pm. He probably spent about 10 mins with me and then I had to wait for another 40 mins to get an audio test. I really liked Dr.Zimmerman but the wait was just extremely long. I got there at 3:45 and ended up leaving at 6.

Dr. Zimmerman is wonderful ... Easy to talk to and he explains everything. Sometimes the wait is a little long like today but he doesn't Rush you so you get his full attention ... I have been other times and the wait was very short ... Just depends on the patients needs.

Great, I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen almost immediately. Dr. Zimmerman was direct but friendly. He explained what was going to happen during the visit. At the end he explained my results, different options open to me with a referral for the next step. Professional, to the point and personable. A pleasant experience.

I had been struggling with allergies, enlarged tonsils and a deviated septum for years and he was the only doctor that provided solutions to my problems. A true doctor that wants his patients to be healed and living healthy. I cant say enough good things.
