I'm not a new patient here and every time I come in I have to fill out paperwork. It's becoming very annoying and I've been getting glasses at this eyeglass store since 2012. They should already have me in the system so I'm not sure what's that about. A

They didn't offer any insight onto what Medicare would cover until after the exam in which they fully charged the gov't. I looked on their ads and it mentioned free exam. But why charge for something that doesnt make the visit complete??
I know it isn't my money but.I think it leads to deceive the patient and fraud the insurance.

The office was very nice. The woman helping me pick out my frames was especially helpful. She walked around the store with me and helped me try on different pairs until I found the exact one I wanted. She was very nice and explained everything to me!

Dr. Leung was very professional. She did an excellent job on the eye exam and I was very pleased. I have astigmatism in one of my eyes and wear contacts. She even let me have a couple of monthly contacts to try out.
Her office staff were also very polite and helpful. My overall experience with Dr. Leung was great. I would recommend her.

Bed side manner was great. I've been struggling a lot with dry eyes.. She listened, ran tests. Not only gave me annual exam but also compared prescription to past contact prescription and eyeglass prescription. All important when you have astigmatism and dry eyes.

My field includes quality review, and I commented to her that she was meeting all of the routine eye examination quality parameters but did so in a very open and relaxed way. The office is on a paper charting system while the billing is electronic.

This is my favorite eye doctor place since I was young. The doctor and workers are very friendly and there services are fast and precisely. I'm very happy that they open 7 days so I just walk-in. Strongly recommend to anyone.
