Dr. Irene Musten graduated with the highest honors, summa cum laude, from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and brings over 20 years of experience serving patients in Center City Philadelphia. She is deeply passionate about helping patients achieve their best vision in a safe, professional environment and truly values the meaningful relationships she builds with each patient. Dr. Musten enjoys the challenge of helping patients with severe dry eye and has established a dedicated Dry Eye Center to treat ocular surface disease and offer eye rejuvenation services. She also specializes in managing Glaucoma and eye conditions related to systemic health issues such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Auto-immune diseases, along with treating ocular allergies and eye emergencies. As a trusted contact lens specialist, Dr. Musten specializes in everything from routine contact lens exams to orthokeratology and specialty lens fittings. She believes that fitting contact lenses is an art acquired and perfected over years in practice, ensuring patients receive best possible results.
