Dr. Constable earned her Doctor of Medicine from East Tennessee State University and completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at New York Medical Career Training Center. She developed the Diata Health program after helping close friends and family lose weight and keep it off for good. She has won numerous awards for treating obesity and is recognized as a thought leader in bariatric medicine.

At Diata, we have very high success rates (96% of our patients lose weight), maintain strict discretion (working with newscasters, celebrities, and top CEOs), and operate 100% virtually for your convenience.
We design personalized, holistic plans based on comprehensive blood work, medical history, existing conditions, and lifestyle to set you up for long-term success.
We collaborate with professional chefs to create food products and recipes tailored for our patients, and behavioral psychologists ensure the program is enjoyable and sustainable.
Medication:
When appropriate, we use medications such as Wegovy (semaglutide), Mounjaro (tirzepatide), and others. Paired with a custom food plan, our patients experience excellent results with GLP-1s, minimal side effects, and notably do not develop tolerances or dependencies. Unlike many programs that require lifelong use of these prescriptions, we use them during the weight loss phase and off-ramp patients once they reach their goals. Appointments & Fee Structure:
Meet with your medical team virtually every two weeks until maintenance.
We do not accept insurance. However, most patients receive 30?90% reimbursement per visit through our Robust Superbill program.

I was pleasantly surprised to actually experience (With Dr. Constable) what I was hoping to experience at a doctor's office:
1. A visit to a lovely, quite, clean office.
2. NO WAITING! Ready to be seen at my scheduled appointment time!
3. A "Marcus Welby' visit with Dr. Constable!
She came out to the reception area, warmly greeted me, and took me back to the examination room - herself. SHE weighed me and took my blood pressure!
I wasn't handed off to an intern, med student, or nurses aide.
I sat and talked with Dr. Constable (with no time restrictions).
She wanted to know about ME. That "unheard of" practice of getting to know your patient. And she told me about herself, and her way of treating people. Although it was my first visit - I left Dr. Constable's office feeling happy, relieved, and fully satisfied.
She has that good, old fashioned bed side manor that most doctors have abandoned. I instantly liked Dr. constable and more importantly, trusted her and her way of practicing medicine.
NO MORE being treated like a number.
NO MORE waiting a hour(+) to see my Doctor, just to be told he/she is out or busy, but my Dr.'s med student will be examining me.#CRAZY!
I highly reccomend Dr. Constable, and have recommened Dr. Constable to my husband! :)

She was friendly, concise, helpful, and thorough. Very happy with my new PCM choice. I also love that she's a fellow seven sisters graduate and does some prodigious charity work in Uganda. Seems like both a great doctor and a good person.

She was extremely personable and efficient. I felt at home in her office and she took the time to explain everything clearly. The office uses great technology (email options, zocdoc appointments, etc) which makes it very convenient to get the care you need. The receptionist was very helpful and kind as well. I am excited that I found her!

I rarely take the time to write these reviews but Dr Constable was so fabulous I felt I had to. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient and thorough. The office is comfortable and clean, in a cute little converted house, and the staff was professional and friendly. I think it's rare to find such good service in healthcare these days. I would highly recommend her.

As always, Dr Constable is great. She always listens intently and gives a great range of options. Her office is in a cute little converted house near BM hospital. Convenient, clean, professional, easy etc.... Can't say enough good things about this practice
