As a primary care provider, I like to partner with patients to achieve their health goals and empower them to be better advocates for themselves. As a holistic practitioner, I strive to understand their physical, emotional, and mental health and assist them in planning and understanding treatment modalities. I also encourage lifestyle modifications, mindfulness, and relaxation therapies to support overall well-being. In my spare time, I love walking on the beach, hiking, meditating, painting, traveling, creating and cooking healthy recipes, gardening, and spending time with my family.
