Dr Purushotham is very professional, but is friendly and easy to talk to. I had notified her prior to the visit that my insurance was no longer going to cover my insulin. She had already researched this and had a substitute in mind and was able to relieve my mind that and explained clearly that I would feel no difference in the two insulins. Even though I understand that appointments are t8me limited, she doesn’t make you feel rushed. Would recommend her to anyone.

I was in a car accident and was in great pain, my PCP office didn't seem to care, they told me no appointments were available for over a month. I got in with Dr P the same day and i felt very comfortable with her. She took time and I didnt feel rushed like I do with my regular PCP. I felt like she listened and paid attention. Im now looking into changing primary care providers!

Dr P is a very professional and personable physician and person. Fortunately I’ve only seen her for follow-up for diabetes and have not been ill. She always gives you her full attention and listens to any concerns you might have. She comes to each encounter prepared with a review of your history as well as any information from consultants. Dr P has become my new PCP, following the retirement of my previous physician. So pleased to have found this knowledgeable and compassionate physician!!!

I like Dr. P a lot! She has a wonderful attitude, she takes her time, makes good eye contact and is very professional and knowledgeable. I am comfortable with her because while she is honest about what needs to be done for my health, she has not been condescending or demeaning. I am happy to have her as my PCP.

Very personable and professional. She went over the recent lab results in detail, explaining the impact of each one and what it meant to my overall health. She also went over the routine health questions to ensure that if I had any questions and/or concerns she wanted to give me the opportunity to express them. We agreed that since my diabetes and blood pressure remain stable, that a 6-month follow-up was appropriate. She provided the required referrals for the annual optometry exam and a mammogram. And we discussed scheduling the Medicare exam for later this year. This was my second visit with Dr P, and I continue to be impressed. Would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a PCP.

My appointment changed from a new patient/becoming established to an illness appointment, due to waking up sick that day. I think Dr. P. tried to help my other thoughts, but I felt rushed and pushed off to other providers. She seemed nice, but disintrested in my issues. I will try Dr. P. again and hopefully won't be sick and see if that makes a difference.
