“I was seen by Dr. Kelly Mendelssohn today and although my issue wasn’t resolved in office due to a matter that can only be taken care of by a referral, she listened to me, explained things clearly, gave me clarity on my medical history and honestly made me feel so comfortable with an OBGYN which isn’t normally the case for me. Thank you again, and I definitely recommend her.”

Wyatt was excellent, friendly and answered all my questions. He drew blood later on and i didn't feel a thing. Dr. Kelly was very friendly, explained thoroughly everything that she was doing and also answered all my questions. Her bedside manner put me at ease right away and i felt no anxiety as we discussed medical conditions and a plan to move forward. I was 100% satisfied with my experience there and will use them for any future needs and recommend them fully.”

It is so easy to book an appointment with My Dr Now. We, at Gladden Farms are so blessed have a caring helpful service so easily accessible and close. Dr Cheves was a great listener and truly wanted to help with my problem. He is outstanding in his knowledge and cares about his patient. I was given a very reasonable solution to my problem. I appreciate that My Dr Now was open on New Years Day. We are fortunate to have such a caring staff, and organized, efficient medical center.

Front office was very nice and got in quickly. Doctor and assistant were nice and answered questions. Only thing I would recommend is that patients can hear what is being said and I felt bad that I had to have my ears flushed out and a few comments that were made. Not terrible but kinda embarrassed me. Otherwise very good experience.

Excellent, personal service, took time to listen and clear on what to do and come back if I need to address the same problem to find the solution. Great to get an appointment right away.

I liked the care that I got once I was there but I tried to book an appointment online prior to coming and I did select a 6:40 slot for some reason after that confirmation text was sent to me I got another text saying that it was rescheduled to 7:40 which I did not appreciate once I got to the center there was no one there so why my appointment was rescheduled I'm unclear plus the app is very difficult to use every time I tried to update or change some of the information it wouldn't save or maybe it was saving and it just was not showing me the updated side I'm not sure I did put in my insurance information and it said pending yet when I got to the clinic it was like the office staff hadn't even looked at it as they had to then verify the insurance and that took a long time and I had already entered my insurance information 2 hours prior to my appointment. I'm not sure if I would come back or not.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating and understanding of my situation and my doctor Timothy Cheves was very nice and pleasant to work with. I look forward to continue doing my appointments there.

First visit so just initial impressions. Most of the already asked questions cover most of it. Very convient and organized. I would recommend you give them a try. My visit was a very simple and in and out within 30 minutes.

Andrea was great getting me checked in and scheduled for my follow up. Cambrea was very kind when getting my vitals and later when I needed some blood drawn for labs. For my appointment, I saw FNP Kelly Mendetsohn. For the first time in forever I felt my medical concerns and questions were listened to and addressed! It was overall such a great experience.
