Allowed me to schedule a telehealth visit, accepted my insurance and ID card information but when I tried to call the woman was extremely rude and I was told that the insurance card was too blurry so I had to confirm the first letter of it. Then she said I was not allowed to have a telehealth visit as a first-time patient, and refused to answer my questions as to why it said my appointment was scheduled through Zocdoc. Very unprofessional and poor in terms of providing medical care services offered online.

Great office and great doctor. He's very smart and knowledgeable about everything in this field. I enjoyed talking to him because he's very polite and has a great way of explaining the problem your having and how to go about solving it. He seems very detailed oriented to me which is a good trait to have and he looks like he loves what he does not like many other doctors. The receptionist was also very nice and kind and welcome me to the office..I highly recommend him and would only go to him from now on.

I called the office and they said they didn’t take my insurance that I had out of state insurance but the reason I booked was because it was in network horrible service and the staff was not professional and didn’t care and said they didn’t accept my request because I had out of state insurance no communication with me at all I would never recommend. Need better service and staff

Very Prompt and listens very well. Understanding and literally called the lab for me to make sure they would accept my insurance before getting any hills . Very knowledgeable of what he is doing . Wait time was a little long to see the doctor but understandable because he gives full attention to his patients making sure all their questions are answered before they leave. Can’t blame him if people have lots of questions.

Easy to talk to and work with. There was a slight misstep with the appointment booked as an in office visit instead of video consultation but that may have been a site glitch. He and his staff were very accomodating and able to do a video appointment as I originally wanted , which I really appreciated.

I had a great experience with this office. It was my first visit here through ZocDoc and I arrived ~25 minutes early and was taken in once intake was done. I didn’t feel rushed at all which was my main concern with any new doctor and felt as though he really listened to all of my concerns and suggested many possibilities that I wasn’t aware of. The blood work was fast and the assistants were both helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone seeking a consultation.
