It’s my first time speaking to someone. What I didn’t like it’s that 20 min into our session the Doctor already had prescribed me medication.
I know medication can help some people but I think I just would of wanted to explore other options . Or at least wait until the next session.
I also felt rushed . I’m supposed to follow up in a month . I mean let’s see but I’m abit doubtful this is the right therapist for me . She was friendly , I must say that .
