She’s really caring and a great professional. She goes into details when talking to the patient and check on everything. Thank to her I found out I had a condition in my eyes that nobody ever discovered before. If it wasn’t for her I would be blind by now.

She was very thorough and very accommodating to my optometric requirements. She has all the necessary up to date equipment to perform a complete eye exam. Performed age appropriate examinations for cataracts, glaucoma and retinal conditions as necessary. I was provided with a referral to an ophthalmologist for further follow up for a possible condition.

Dr Chang was one of the most cheerful and kind doctors I've ever dealt with for any medical concern ever. She took her time with me and explained each aspect of the evaluation. I had an excellent visit with Dr. Chang. She gave me a lot of information about the effects of contacts, glasses, and eye care in general. She had an excellent bedside manner and was so helpful when I needed to choose the pair of glasses I wanted. I would highly recommend this doctor! She was so nice and friendly.

Doctor Yang chang is educated and knows her information however she always seems very busy even if you are the only patient there. Unfortunately, even though you made an appointment and paid for it, she will make you feel that you are wasting her time and she rushes through everything. At first, she was helpful, however that changes after the first visit.
PS. doctor does not have an assistant to help her schedule patients and answer phone calls, therefore patient service is on the low end.

Dr. Chang was awesome! She took her time to thoroughly speak to me and explain everything she was doing every step of the way. She made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and everyone took the time to know my name and call me by it. Excellent service !
