About Dr. Davin Dong
Dr. Dong, the owner of Westside Vision (westsidevisionny.com), received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. He completed his clinical externships in ocular disease at the Bedford VA Medical Center and the Northampton VA Medical Center in Massachusetts, and his primary care externship at the South End community health center in Boston. Originally from Great Neck, New York, he now resides in the city with his wife Cynthia and his dog Cooper. When Dr. Dong is not practicing optometry, he enjoys surfing, traveling and hanging out with his family.

I've been going to Dr. Dong for several years now, and with my recommendation several of my coworkers also see him regularly. He and his staff are great. I always feel like they care about their patients. Plus they have a great selection of frames to choose from.

Well, I just would like to say I have definitely found my eye doc! The location is easy. TS traffic was a bit tight, I was able to call the clinic, and I was assisted in a sec, I just needed 1 min to explain I was gonna be late a bit. Very nice and warm experience! Thank you guys!

My experience here was amazing. Dr Dong spent like 45 min chatting with me and was super thoughtful. Anytime I asked a question about what a medical term / problem meant, he thoroughly explained it. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and they were very patient with me while I took 10000 years to choose my glasses frames. Somehow they also didn’t have any issues with my insurance / connecting it so that was a plus.
