I saw Dr. Lubman once and wouldn't return. I waited for over an hour for Dr. Lubman to even arrive in the office, as she was apparently delivering a baby elsewhere. When she arrived she was dismissive, brusque, and not very interested in me. This was my first visit to a GYN and she was not very calming or encouraging, I guess since she had just delivered a child, my appointment did not seem that important to her. Lastly, I never received my results from Dr. Lubman.

I was upset that I had to wait one hour to see the doctor. I understand that things can run behind but this was ridiculous. At least the nurse did apologize, which helped a bit. As far as the doctor I felt she was a little dismissive of my issues. Maybe because she was running so behind she was rushing. She did a very quick exam. Her bedside manner is a little abrupt but she is to the point. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the whole experience.

My appointment at Dr. Yelena Lubman's office today was efficient, very smooth and great! I was actually surprised that I was called within minutes to go in for my appointment. When I made an appointment and filled out the papers online through the ZocDocs website, her front desk staff already printed out my online forms so then all I had to do was sign the bottom of the papers and I was in just like that! No other office I've been too was ever that organized and professional.
Dr. Yelena is very knowledgeable and caring. She looked into every medical concern I had and also reassured me with her professional advice.I like that she sat me down in her office to talk to me first then I moved back to the private exam room. It felt very personal and caring in an authentic way. Also there on-staff Sonographer is super sweet, professional and he makes the extra effort to make sure you're comfortable.

She left to deliver a baby at a nearby hospital before my first appointment so I rescheduled and came back and still had to wait for about a half hour. Her bedside manner is mostly nonexistent. I felt like a number not a name and that she just wanted to check me off her list of appointments for the day. Not the friendly atmosphere I was used to or that I want from my Ob GYN

Dr. Lubman was wonderful! I had some issues I wanted to discuss, so she took me into her office instead of sitting me in an exam room, and she thoroughly went over the issues I was experiencing, including how some non-gynecological health issues would play into the treatment choices she encouraged. She was very clear with all of her advice, and very kind. I had a very positive experience and will be happily returning to her!

This doctor is caring, but she can be a bit condescending in the manner that she speaks to you. I don't think she realizes it, but when she impatiently urges you to relax it has the opposite effect.

My experience wasn't particularly horrific, but it wasn't ideal either. I had to wait an about hour and half to be seen. Since it was my first appointment here, I arrived 30mins early. There was one person waiting when I got there who went before me. Then, two people arrived after me, but were seen before me. (I'm assuming their appointment times were before mine.) Nevertheless, I was in the waiting room by myself for at 45mins. The waiting room was cold figuratively and literally, plus the dirty old green carpet smelled like smoke, and it continued into the examination rooms. When I was finally seen, Dr. Lubman was very blunt, curt, direct, straight forward. I know some people like the uncoated approach, but she was a bit harsh for me. So if a comfortable atmosphere isn't particularly important to you, and you have tough skin and want truth that isn't at all sugar-coated, this may be the right doctor for you.
