Dr. Shilimova is one of my favorite people...she is interested in my health and getting me better. She asks insightful question, gives me good advice, and is very caring. I am not the best at taking care of myself but I do listen to her and have been changing my lifestyle...for the better. She is kind and whip smart. She is able to draw blood at her office which is a great plus for me, instead of having to go to another appt for blood draw. I appreciate her so much that I would love to have her be my primary as well!

I had sonogram and bloodwork 3 weeks ago and i called last week if my results are ready and if i can see the doctor, the receptionist told me that if doctor see anything critical they will call me to make an appointment, today I received a voicemail to contact with them and receptionist said i need to make appointment to see the doctor, i got worried since they told me they wouldn’t not call unless there is something serious but receptionist said the doctor is all booked so she cannot except me before May 12th, i am working full time and available only On Saturdays and asked her give me at least a week earlier because this is an urgent situation I am also out of medicine so i need something earlier, she said she cannot because doctor is all booked for 3 weeks, then she start arguing with me saying if she didnt call me I would never know that I need to see doctor so now I need to wait , when i asked her name she hung up the phone, I never seen this rudeness with any other receptionist, i called again and her friend picked up the phone, i asked who was it but she also didnt give me the name of person who hung up the phone she said she doesnt know the name but i am booked for may 5 th! It is like they are having fun of me and trying to make me feel i am stupid, if yoy dont know the name of the person how do you know she booked me for May 5th, i asked her to come on May 5th she said no and hung up the phone but when i call back they are telling me i am booked for May 5th? This is very very poor and rude customer service I have never seen before!!! You cannot treat a patient like that, if you are calling me to discuss my result because you see something critical you should give me an appointment earlier not in three weeks this is really careless patient care!

Dr. Shilimova was great. Very supportive of my upcoming bariatric surgery and provided me with great insight on what I could expect. I went to make sure my thyroid levels were okay so we did blood work and a thyroid sonogram. The wait time was horrible. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45. No one greeted me at the desk, I had to figure out what to do after standing there hoping someone would acknowledge me. It’s very loud, lots of talking going on amongst the staff. There are many different doctors within this one office so it’s hard to gage your wait time. For my 2pm appointment, I was seen until 3:39pm. I felt taken care of 100%, but if I need to return for a follow up, I will ask for the first appointment of the day.

Saw Dr. Shilimova on my friend's recommendation. Waited over an hour to be seen. While I waited, one of the receptionists spoke to a patient on the phone and was very nice and professional, but when she hung up, she made a crude remark about the patient very loudly for all to hear. Not nice & very unprofessional. Some of the staff members were nice, others less so. I think they need a refresher course on how to interact with patients courteously.
The office seems nice enough & clean, although the rooms are very small & cramped. The bathroom was out of toilet paper & soap.
The doctor was very nice & seemed to care. She is very easy to talk to, I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a complete stranger. She gave me a diagnosis right away based on the blood test results I brought, but did not explain what it is exactly. She did order some more tests, but did not say when she wants to see me, but her PAs (I'm assuming, maybe they're nurses) said that I will have to come in for test results. We'll see what happens with the tests and if they will call me or if I will have to call.
They took my blood and it hurt a lot, and now I have a giant purple bruise. At first I could not even straighten my arm because of it. This is the worst blood test I've ever had and I've had a lot of them in the past few months and a decent amount overall.
So far I like the doctor, but was underwhelmed with some of the staff.

I was very pleased with Dr. Shilimova. Excellent bedside manner and she took her time and listened to everything I had to say. Ran thorough tests, explained everything in a way I could understand. Very happy I found her and will definitely be going back!

Dr.Shilimova is very personable but the office is highly disorganized. Every time I have seen her I have waited over hour and a half. Most recently I was told my appointment was an hour and 15 minutes later than the confirmed time from Zoc Doc and they informed me they don't book online...something isn't adding up.

This provider is one of the worst that I've ever encountered. I went in with a fairly high blood pressure so she gave me medicine for that which I am grateful for. My cardiologist started me with meds until I got to her and she increased the dose. This dose was later said to be maintenance only and should have been more due to the labs I bought in from my PCP. No blood test, plan or even x-rays were suggested to understand my case further during our visit. She sent additional meds to the pharmacy but they never received it. It took her 4 days to get the order in and was very rude to both myself and pharmacy staff. As weeks went on the meds didn't seem to be working so I called the office and was told she was busy with other patients and would return my calls. That never happened and only when I became frustrated with the rude staff, did she return my call. Unfortunately, the call went to voicemail and I haven't heard from her since even after calling back the next day. It's been two weeks and still no call back.
I will never return to this office again.
