My experience was great. Dr. Groys was nice enough while also being very knowledgeable. He made sure that I felt heard while also offering professional feedback. I did have to call the office about an hour before my appointment as I had not yet received the telehealth link but the person answering the phone was nice and able to help me right away.

I believe that there should be better displayed, detailed information about what type of clients the practitioner and the clinic prefers. While Yevgeniy turned down his services professionally and with great care, I essentially wasted time, both in my life and work, when that could have been easily avoided if they had a better screening process. If they only handle a niche pocket of clientele, that should be told before wasting the potential clients time and energy.
