I believe that having a long-term doctor relationship gives patients trusted insight into their own health — allowing them to make informed decisions about their body and mind that leads to a confident and healthy lifestyle.
If I could choose a few health tips to share, they would be: eat a healthy diet with small portions; allow the heart to beat fast for 30 minutes a day; keep a consistent sleep routine; and foster a positive mindset.
I am bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, and when I’m not helping patients, I’m spending time with my wife and three children. My family and my faith are of utmost importance to me, and I’m guided by the principle ”treat others like you would want to be treated.”
