Dr. Cha was good but the facility is not! Receptionist is barely friendly the Hyattsville location can’t see appointments made on zoc doc and can’t read credit/debit cards so they have to send your sensitive card info over the phone to the gbelt location to run your card. Had to call them as well to even check my child in because there’s no zoc doc access at this location, which is completely counter productive. Nurse, however, was very friendly and able to get my shy child to cooperate. Suggest this location streamline processes and get equipment needed as to not have to put clients money in jeopardy.

I had a very complex situation regarding my sons vaccinations and I had to have a very candid conversation with the doctor. She was open, listened well, and worked quickly to help me resolve the problem. This is my pediatrician now and moving forward.
