Most relevant

The ease of scheduling the appointment was great. However, the doctor accepted my payment but did not do anything necessary for what my child needed but provide a list of referrals. Someone at the front desk could have done that work. I felt ripped off and hustled. More than likely I will not bring my child back to this office.
