All anesthesia care is delivered by board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists. Patients personalized needs are the primary focus of our staff, from the time they walk through the door to the time they leave for home. Each patient is immediately made to feel at home in this quiet and relaxed environment. The patient is escorted by his assigned nurse throughout a day. From Reception to the Procedure Room to the Recover)' Room to make the post-operative experience as comfortable as possible. We make sure that family and friends are notified of the patient's progress on a regular basis. As an added convenience, all patients are pre-admitted and pre-approved for insurance prior to procedure, which eliminates any delay. We expedite registration and the patient goes directly to a pre-op room and then to the procedure room. New York State has established a high standard for Endoscopy Centers. The state's rigorous accreditation procedures ensure that the Metropolitan Center meets mandated hospital standards for surgical care and as backed up by a major Brooklyn hospital. Our commitment is to serve our neighborhood with the highest caliber of health and medical care and provide services comparable to or greater than the leading outpatient units in New York's finest hospitals. In fact our medical staff meet the same stringent standards required for hospital appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pertsovzky for a few years now. I was previously with a different doctor whome I just did not like. Her office was always dusty and cluttered with junk. Her staff were rude and unwilling to help me whenever I needed information, and her bedside manners were just awful. Since coming to Dr. Pertsovky's medical office. I have experienced the complete opposite. Not only is his facility extremely clean. His entire staff works to the bone to make sure you know exactly what's going on and what to expect ahead of time. They call often for routine appointment check-ups and they really do their best to compensate their busy schedule for your convenience. As for Dr. Pertsovsky. There is no one else I would trust at this point to be my Dr. He is informative and well mannered. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. He is gentle and very quick to the point if he suspects an issue. I highly recommend him to any one who needs a good gastrointestinal doctor.
