Zac is great! The schedule is little disorganized- front desk said Zocdoc only booked me for 15 min appointment and asked me to come again for physical exam while I booked a physical exam. But Zac still see me today and solved everything. I would recommend call the office in advance to sort out everything if you would like to visit.

I was seeing the Doctor for an eye infection he was outstanding! The office on the other hand , I made an 11:15am appt. At 8:50am I was awakened by a call from the office staff asking about a form that was uploaded on the application, she went on explaining about their practice and that it’s a family medicine practice , never inquiring why I was seeing the doctor only if my payment for a visit that I haven’t participated in yet was covered based upon the uploaded documents that were in my file. It was very disappointing to have office staff at a doctor’s office only worry about how you’re going to pay instead of the reason you’re seeing a doctor to begin with. I informed the office upon arrival for the lady at the front window deny knowing who made the phone call when it came from this office a few hours earlier. It cemented the fact that I will be finding other care in the future with staff that cares about patients not payment!

Being a new patient, I was greeted warmly, asked to fill out paperwork, and was taken to see doctor within a few minutes. All staff was friendly, my questions were answered during consultation, specifics were clearly explained. I would definitely go back.

Arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment and upon talking to the receptionist, they were completely unaware of my scheduled appointment and was told to take a seat. After 30 mins a receptionist came out to the lobby to tell me they don't accept appointments through Zocdoc and additionally don't accept new patients. At that point they considered me a walk-in and I was told to leave because their office doesn't accept walk-in's either. Extremely unprofessional. Can't understand why they are listed on Zocdoc in the first place.
