My provider did not introduce herself to me at all, so I wasn’t even sure who I was talking to. She didn’t let me tell her all my symptoms before she interrupted and went on a tangent. I was never able to get a word in edgewise, and left without any of my concerns being addressed.

The Family Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing—professional, caring, and genuinely empathetic. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by the front office staff I spoke with over the phone. They were short-tempered and unhelpful, which made follow-up unnecessarily frustrating. I’d recommend the practitioner, but suggest visiting a different office if you value smooth communication.
