She was very patient with me and was very thorough with her questions. she made sure to get me what I needed and informed me of my options. The office is very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. The wait, though, was kind of a nightmare. I ended up being there for 2.5 hours and it was just an initial appointment - no tests or blood work or anything like that. Dr. Z is extremely extremely nice. I did feel she took her time with me and listened, but there was also a lot of disruption. She got off topic a few times with personal anecdotes (which isnt necessarily bad), and Staff were knocking on the door because another patient was upset so the doc had to leave to go console them. By the end of the appointment I feel like we hadn't come up with a plan or really got to the root of anything.
