Once I explained to the Dr. on what was causing the pain on my right foot she gave me several options to do in order to relieve the pain. I walked out of her office feeling better then i did before entering her office. The Doctor is very good at her craft. I would highly recommend her.

I can’t give the doc more than 1 star because I didn’t see her. I was to be a new patient and arrived early to complete the paperwork. However, after about a 90 minutes, I got a refund and walked out. I need a place with better time management. Also, parking was mid.

A convenient location. Dr Zara Hercules spent more than ample time to explain medical issues; was professional, knowledgeable and culturally competent. I will be having follow up visits with the Doctor.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this office or this doctor. The site is dusty and grim looking and not a place you feel comfortable sitting in. The front desk does not acknowledge you which is strange when you have an appointment. They do however greet their regulars and allow them as walk ins to be seen before scheduled appointments which was very frustrating. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. Once I fot in the drs office she would not close the door. So basically there is no respect for patients dignity or privacy. Doctor prescribed medication which I never received for my foot, so I wasted my precious time. This place looks like a free clinic for people in poverty who are desperate for healthcare so they don’t care about the appearance and poor treatment. I don’t recommend but if you’re desperate I guess you can take your chances.

When walked in place looked unkempt dingy the front reception was kind and warm appointment time was 1030 doctor did not call until after 11am from her office I had no idea where it was front reception had to tell me room when I walked in the room the doctor did not say her name and had a cold bedside manner I explained my issue and that the ER said not to remove the nail to avoid infection I told her I did not want it removed and wanted testing she said no need she sprayed my foot with a dirty looking bottle said it was alcohol opened a filthy box with tools and said she had to cut my nail I said I didn’t want that she did it anyway using a sharp tool that hurt I told her it was painful and she kept going she used cream from a dirty tube said it was pain medication and touched it with the same gloves she used on my toe she told me to put my socks on didn’t help me get them or close door I asked for fungus testing she said we all have fungus and dismissed it this was horrific careless

Staff was friendly. Office was clean. I waited 1 hour for my appt which was not expected but the staff apologized due to unexpected emergency. I would recommend a friend to this place.

This is my first time to the office, the front desk were very attentive and helpful. Before going in to see the doctor, they explained to me about my co payment. Dr. Hercules was very informative, she explained my diagnosis and the treatment entailed. Looking forward to my next visit.

The visit to see Dr. Hercules was amazing. The receptionist staff was nice and friendly. They were open to answer any questions that I had. The manager of the place sits with you and ask you questions about your visit before you see the doctor, he was very friendly as well. He gives you a rundown of what was going to happen after you seen him. If you need to be referred to a physical therapist, they take you upstairs and have the physical therapist see you as well. The best podiatrist I’ve been to I highly recommend anyone to go to them if you have pain in your feet.
