I recently saw Dr. Fakiri for the first time to establish care as my new primary care provider, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Fakiri was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain things clearly, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and provided insight that made me feel both informed and cared for. Their bedside manner was warm, respectful, and reassuring — and that extended to the entire support staff, who were equally kind and professional.
My son also saw Dr. Fakiri and received the same level of exceptional care. He walked away feeling heard, respected, and equipped with sound medical advice. It's such a relief to have found a provider who treats both of us with such genuine care and clarity. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with ZocDoc, Dr. Fakiri, and leaving a review for anyone. I was so pleasantly impressed with the whole experience and staff. The intake process was a breeze, Dr. Fakiri was great, and there were no hiccups along the way other than a bit of a wait to see her. Overall I had a great experience and definitely will be using ZocDoc in the future!

Great doctor! Nice manner, listens and has a sense of humor. The facility looks like one of those Doc in a box places, but inside it resembles a hospital setting. Friendly staff/nurse/assistant greets you and it was a very short wait before I was seen.

I established Dr Fakiri as my new primary care provider and haven’t felt this taken care of in a long time. She listened, was knowledgeable about my rare kind of migraines, and wasn’t dismissive of my concerns. I’d recommend her to anyone, especially women who may have had issues with care in the past.

I have been seeking a PCP for awhile, and did some research on the difference of a D.O. versus and M.D. and the experience is different, in a great way! She asked a lot of questions, listened and recommended options. It was a good first visit and looking forward to future visits.
