Receptionists are very nice and professional. Not enough chairs in the waiting room for everyone to be seated while waiting. I was a little disappointed, but I guess there are new procedures for eye exams.

He was fine, nothing special at all. Went in with a bunch of eye symptoms and as to be expected, when they can't throw one cream at you and send you on your way, they tell you they don't know what's wrong with you and have to send you elsewhere. Doctors have no desire to search for a cause, they just want your money and this doctor was no different. Office staff was useless and rude and "do not have the ability to call in prescriptions" which is complete bull.

I was given valuable information and care concerning my vision during my visit. Dr. Stegman included me in the proactive process regarding his knowledgeable understanding and treatment about my eye condition(s) something I had not received prior by a major NYC hospital eye clinic.
