“Excellent time. Listened to me extensively and formed a perfect plan. Office staff was very nice however there was a lot of patients in there and they had a hour plus wait time. I know The staff has a new system though so i think That played a role into the matter. All was good either way ”

“She was great. She listened, she asked questions, and took her time explaining what was happening with me. She scheduled me for a CT scan right away and gave me instructions and a therapist for my issue. The CT was done in the same building and that was done quickly as well... very impressed!”

The dr was rude and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. I don’t know if it was because it was late on a Friday afternoon or she was having a bad day. She had great reviews. Every time I spoke she interrupted and never actually listened to why I was there in the first place. What a waste of time money and worst of all I got no answers.

Dr. Berkeley-Arcuri was friendly, extremely attentive and inquisitive. She was very thorough and offered explanations for every part of her examination. She ordered follow-up diagnostic testing and scheduled a follow-up visit before I ever left the office. She was compassionate and seemed genuinely concerned about my symptoms. I highly recommend.

Dr. Bekele is a good doctor. The poor rating is based on performance, attention to the patients history (forgot I had an MRI where she revealed much damage to my spine), and struggles to fill out paperwork and important documents. I think she means well, but had just forgotten. That wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it wasn’t a work injury. Those things require prompt cooperation from treating doctors and if someone is accepting the payment of workers comp, they should be familiar with how particular this system is.
Following up often with the office, Dr. Bekele was difficult to get ahold of and unresponsive when requesting the documents of her recommendations.
Almost half a dozen times, documents were either filled out incorrectly, not on time, or not at all.
When spasms are involved and treatment is denied, this is an excruciating experience.
Thinking Dr. Bekeles workload is too packed to give current patients the compassion and attention they need.
Disappointed because again, Dr. Bekele does seem engaged and genuinely caring in person, however her actions or lack of action have dangerously shown otherwise.
