Dr. Win is great, (officevery close by to my building! we laugh and get serious when necessary, and then laugh some more. Very approachable. I would appreciate if instead of hand written instruction everything when through the mount sinai app.

The radiology/vascular/cardiology ultrasound (separate office) phone answering service is not included in this. I got the run around from two clerks, who essentially pointed fingers at each other.
One phone call with Dr. Win and she fixed it.
Phone lines and direct extensions should be readily available and double or triple checked because I work 70+ hours a week I don't have the time to play phone tag with an indifferent staff member.

Dr. Zin Win was very patient, tended to all my needs (there were quite a few) with ease and addressed those which she was able to address immediately and gave me the necessary referrals to take care of the rest. I had a lot of things going on and she had no problem listening to what I had to say. I felt very confident after leaving my appointment. Not to mention the wonderful phlebotomist who I immediately made a connection with. I hate having my blood drawn but she made the experience much easier for me. Thank you all! Highly recommended if you ask me!

The office was clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken to the back right away everything was done. Dr. Win came in two minutes afterwards to examine me further. She is friendly and very focus on improving my overall health issues. Dr. Win is very knowledgeable in how to approach sensitive medical issues. I appreciate her patience in allowing me to discuss my concerns. Her bedside manner is Stellar. I am a new patient and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PCP
