Dr. Scotto is fantastic. She patiently listens to all your concerns, has a great bedside manner, and really does her best to get your comprehensive medical history. She doesn't brush things off as unimportant or just assume that because you're young, you're fine (as some doctors do). There was literally no wait time! If anything, Dr. Scotto almost came in TOO quickly, as I had just finished putting on my medical gown (she knocked first, of course)! Very efficient yet thorough. Her assistants were friendly and skilled, as well. I recommend Dr. Scotto fully!
Very attentive and friendly.
She was excellent; very kind, attentive, and professional. I had a very good experience at my appointment.
Dr. Scotto was terrific! Super nice, seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. I'm very pleased. I'm not one to ever look forward to a doctor visit, but I felt extremely comfortable and highly recommend Dr. Scotto and her practice.
Great visit. I am new to the office and I had a very positive experience with the staff and Dr. Scotto.
Very sweet! She definitely heard my concerns and gave me at least three options of how we could start fixing the issue. I also had to get a shot and I expected to be sent to a different room and have a nurse give me the shot. Nope, I got to stay in the same room and the doctor herself gave me the shot. I was very impressed. Other than that it’s a great office. I’m very excited to be going back!
Dr. Scotto was great. Very attentive. I brought old blood tests and we reviewed my history very thoroughly. I would recommend her to anyone. Office location is great.
The doctor is amazingly through and professional. Very friendly and personable. Remembers both health and personal details about me. Explains everything in detail so you understand all concerns and conditions and options. In short she is excellent!
Dr. Scotto was extremely pleasant, thorough and gave her full attention. Very happy to have found a new GP.
Dr. Scotto was great. She was kind and listened to all my medical needs and concerns.
Easygoing, good listener, attentive and kind
Kind, understanding, listened to my concerns and have suggestions.
Dr Scotto is quite exceptional in the care she gives to each patient, listening closely and offering constructive guidance. She seems to have time for you -- so unusual.
Great visit! Dr. took her time, listened to all of my concerns and walked me through all potential causes and solutions. Highly recommend Dr. Scotto!
Dr. Scotto was not only very professional and easy to talk to, but she was also very attentive and active.
Kind, courteous and attentive.
Extremely nice and thorough, she listens to everything you say and asks lots of questions. Would definitely recommend.
I have been going to Dr. Scotto for over a year and have referred her to friends and family. She is always pleasant and patient, I never feel as if she is rushing me to move on to the next patient. She listens to my concerns and provides suggestions, follow ups and check ins.
Very thorough with great bedside manner.
Great and easy physical
I switched from another doctor in the same practice who retired and Dr. Scotto was really really friendly and super knowledgeable.
I'm in the market for a new doctor. I found she listen to me and I'm sure she's going to help me find solutions for my problems.
Dr. Scotto is very nice, she listens to your concerns asks important questions, and gives contuctive advice.
Thorough & felt very comfortable talking with her
Kimberly was terrific. She was very attentive, and professional. Highly recommended.
She was extremely professional and thorough.
Dr. Scotto has great bedside manner, but the people at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and rude. It's unfortunate because my experience with Dr. Scotto herself was quite pleasant, but the front desk team is horrific, which can definitely set a bad tone for a new patient.
Dr. Scotto takes the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my questions. She was also very helpful with recommendations for specialists.
This was my first visit with Dr. Scotto and overall it was a great visit. Dr. Scotto's professional bedside was amazing, she listen to the questions I was asking and my concerns. I would definittely come back to see her.
Kimberly was professional, kind, approachable and thorough in her examination. Clear informed advice was given and time was made for questions to be asked and answered. No complaints!
Greag bed side manner and the wait time was minimal.
Very nice and seen within 10 minutes. Would definitely go back!
I had the worst experience. First off, let me tell you I don't go to a doctor unless I'm dying or I feel that I REALLY need it. I had told her about my anxiety issues - I told her that I'm not a fan of prescription drugs however I had found that Lexipro had helped during tough times and that I was going through tough a particular tough time. She suggested therapy as if I had enough cast and/or time to deal with therapy in a city where I'm the sole provider of a family of 4 with rent above my eyeballs. She acted instead like I wanted the drugs and instead on top of therapy, I should also find the time to work out. Listen woman, I am 40yrs old - I've dealt with many more issues than you can fathom. I know my body and I simply came to you as part of my physical (to which further proves my inclination to only go to a doctor when I am dying) and I had asked for something in which I've reached to 3 times in my life during particularly rough times and you acted as if I was asking for drugs. You're rediculous and a joke. And now that I sit with what feels like a tumor on my breast, I'd rather go to urgent care than ever see you or feel your judgement again.
Dr. Scott was very nice and made me feel comfortable for my first appointment with her. I needed a few referrals to specialist doctors and she gave me some doctors she knows which was helpful. Also, I needed a physical form filled out for work as a teacher and she really considered what would work best for the follow-up results. Highly recommend her!
Dr Scotto was great and answered all of my questions. Great bedside manner
Dr. Scotto was so wonderful. I get very anxious around doctors and she put me right at ease, spending time going over all my concerns and questions. She's very caring and thoughtful and I'm actually looking forward to our next appointment!
Dr. Scotto is great. The office staff, the building, the billing department, and pretty much everything else is awful. They never answer the phone, they never call you back and they mis-bill and due to the foregoing, getting a prescription refill takes an office visit (and thus incurs an additional insurance charge). I like my doctor but may switch because of how difficult the practice is to deal with.
Dr. Scotto was lovely! She was kind and patient and thorough. She spent time reviewing my records and medical history and didn't rush through the appointment. After searching for a PCP for a while, I am glad I found her!
Very positive experience after struggling to find a PCP in the city. Highly recommend!
Was apprehensive at first because she is young but all was good. She was very attentive and thorough, and didn't rush at all. One thing to note - when I made my appointment for an annual physical, I just assumed (based on experience) that it would include women's health - pap smear, breast exam, etc, but it does not. i have to make a separate appointment with a different doctor (same building), so that is a pain. Also, I submitted all my checkin forms when making the appointment on Zoc Doc, but the check in staff said they don't get them, so I had to do it all over again in person. Other than that, highly recommended
Dr. Scotto had excellent bedside manners and took the time to carefully answer my questions. She was patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I felt very comfortable with her and after years of not committing to a PCP, I've finally found a doctor that I will designate as my sole PCP.
Really great. Very professional. Was seen almost immediately even though I came early.
