The staff here was very friendly. The wait time before I saw the technician for the first time was a little over a half and hour. In all I was there for 2 hours, which was much longer than I expected. I will still go back however.
Staff are very friendly and responsive. Tech is very nice. Wait is around 10mins, which I think is extremely short.

Good visit, nice staff. The only thing that I found odd was that Zoya is NOT a female, per the photo, but a man....
Very professional and knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff, just waiting time

Very pleasant and so helpful to know results immediately
What a nightmare this place is. I have been here multiple times over the past several years and it is the worst run radiology office I have ever been to. Wait time is hours - not minutes...including my last visit which was 4 hours! The doctor (Zoya Maksumova) left the office before I was even done with my screening. During this visit, subsequent images were requested. When I entered the room, I noticed that the computer had a yellow circle around some calcifications in the image clearly labeled "Left", so I was confused when the tech said they needed to re-image the Right side. After the second imaging, I was called in again for a third round of imaging because the doctor was confused by the second set of images. This time the tech re-imaged the left side. When I alerted her about the changing sides, she was surprised and told me only the left should have been re-imaged. She then quickly manipulated the images on the computer. I was told by the doctor that she would call the next day (since she left in the middle of my screening), but never received a call. I called the following day and the doctor told me they needed to do a biopsy on the Right side. Keep in mind, this is not the side that had to be re-imaged or was circled on the computer. At that point, I was really nervous, but figured I would try to clear things up by speaking to the doctor in person when I came in for my biopsy. When I arrived for my biopsy, the receptionist told me they were running late. An hour and a half later I was told their biopsy machine was broken and that they would need to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day only to later be told the machine was not fixed and they need to get a new one. Because of this, they would not be able to see me for a couple of months. My primary doctor did not think I should wait that long, so she referred me to another facility. I had to book a completely new screening at the other facility because I could not complete the screening at Union Square Medical and attempt to clear up the mistake they made. The other facility requested images of two prior screenings to determine if the calcifications they found were cause for concern. It took over 3 months with a dozen phone calls by me, phone calls from my doctor, a certified letter, and a complaint filed with Health and Human Services to obtain my medical records from Union Square Imaging. This facility has put my health so much at risk that I highly advise anyone reading this to seek another facility. After my experience, my doctor even told me she is no longer referring anyone to this facility. I called Union Sq Medical to let them know what I had went through with their facility and that, because they did not render complete services for my screening, I needed to go to another facility and therefore would be charged for two screenings this year instead of one. I do not think my insurance should be charged for an incomplete health exam, but the Union Sq staff provided no understanding and were very unprofessional. Their billing manager even told me that the other facility, who did nothing wrong, should give me the screening for free. I wish ZocDoc would allow MP3 uploads because I have my entire conversation with them recorded and I'm sure anyone reading this would be shocked by their remarks. I am now left with contesting the billing with my insurance company. Save yourself a lot of aggravation, waiting time and health risks and find another radiology practice.

She was very thorough and took the time to do additional test and then talk me through the scans she saw and recommend when i should visit next.
The staff are truly nice, and I'm glad I chose to use their services. I actually plan to return for a bone density done. I will be seeing them annually as well.

The techs, nurses, and receptionists were all very sweet and helpful. The tech I had explained to me what she saw and what she knew. Then I met with Dr. Maksumova in her office. She checked me herself and told me to come back in 6 months. When I asked her "do you think anything will change?" she appeared agitated with me question and quickly answered "I don't know! Only God knows!" I left, both relieved I was ok and relieved I was out of her office.
After i made the reservation for 5.45pm (which was available on your site) i was called by the receptionist informing me that they do not take appointments after 4.30pm. I informed her they have times available on your site but she didn't seem to care. i had also filled out all the information online, just to have to fill them out again when I was at the office. The doctor herself was very, very nice as well as some of her assistants. I would recommend it for that reason.
Visit was with tech, who was great. I was running on a tight schedule, though, so it was a bummer to have to wait a half hour.
Straightforward, polite, warm as a doctor.
The Office is nice and the services was fast.
