Great friendly staff. At first it felt very unorganized. Took an hour for me to be seen. But everything came toghther in the end. I'm looking forward to retiring and having my surgery done very soon.
I was a little disappointed when someone arrived after me and was seen before me for the same doctor. I was also a little disappointed that my whole appointment took a total of 2 hours. I was asked (after my eyes were dilated) to sit and wait in a waiting area for the doctor. After I was called into one of the doctor's rooms, I sat and waited for almost 30 more minutes before the doctor came in to see me. Doctor Rosenblum was wonderful, but I didn't appreciate having to wait for so long.

Dr. Chaung was extremely friendly, thorough and detailed in his examination and explanation. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

The doctor explained every question I had and gave me different options regarding eye care. Her bedside manners was excellent and there wasn't any wait time regardless to the fact of not seeing my appointment.

Nice staff, great Doc. Word of advice....get there 30min prior to fill out some short forms and you'll be out in a flash.
