This is my 4th visit to this office. The first two visits were great, however the last two I have had to wait for over 2 hours. This time we didn't see our usual provider which was unexpected, and the provider guilt tripped me when I asked if we should always expect a long wait. It was 1.5 hours from arrival to seeing the provider, and another hour before we got the vaccines we came for. I just expect my time to be valued as much as I value their time. I will be finding a new provider.

Mimi did not listen to my concerns and was very condescending about my son’s illness. I had to ask for a medication I know helps him and she argued me on it and didn’t put in the request until I had to basically demand it. Then she didn’t fill it properly. Absolutely unhappy with our appointment and will not see her again.

My appointment was great,the office called to verify everything before hand .Once I got to the office my wait time wasn’t long at all my child was seen within 30 minutes .The doctor was very tentative to my concerns and my child’s needs . I will definitely be going back to this doctors office in the future .

This was my first time taking my daughter to Las Vegas Pediatrics for urgent care, as her primary physician wasn’t available. Dr. Mimi Kuriakose was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. After evaluating my daughter, she recommended that we go to the ER for immediate results, explaining that while her office could run the necessary tests, it would take a day to get the results back. I truly appreciated her honesty and concern for my child’s health.
What stood out even more was the follow-up—the office staff actually called to check in and make sure we had made it to the ER. That level of care and attentiveness made me feel truly supported during a stressful time. The entire team was so kind and welcoming, and because of this great experience, I’ll be bringing my daughter back here for her well-child checkups moving forward. Highly recommend!
