I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health, postpartum recovery, maternal nutrition, and intuitive eating. I help women nourish their bodies through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond with practical, evidence-based nutrition that fits real life, not rigid diet rules.
My approach is compassionate, individualized, and weight-inclusive.
