Actually, when I met Dr Taylor during his consultation, I was at ease with the upcoming surgery. The day of surgery went without a hitch. The staff and nurses were wonderful. I was calm and knew the procedure was going to be successful. I really feel like my experience was excellent.
Had a great 1st visit. Everyone was very attentive and professional. Felt welcome by the front desk assistant and MA Kitty. Very nice. Dr. Taylor was great and listen carefully to my concerns. He send me for testing next then will review and figure out together a plan of treatment . Thanks to everyone.
I really don't have any complaints about them. They were very courteous. I mean, they treated you like you were part of their family and I would recommend anybody to go there because they are some of the greatest people there. They took care of me after my surgery. They made you feel like you was well taken care of and I really appreciate that. Like I said, I would recommend anybody to go there and I'll give them not just a 10, I'll give them 100.
All of the staff were excellent. I enjoyed talking with Dr. Taylor, who listened to my concerns and addressed them, including having another provider perform a vasectomy while undergoing the hernia repair that I was seeing him for.
Dr Taylor was very friendly and explained everything about my condition, the reason I had to have my gallbladder removed. He answered all of my questions.
