Dr. Tobias was professional and thorough. He has a sense of humor and teaches well.I would recommend him. The wait is little long so prepare yourself. He is not like a stir fry dish, quick and easy. He takes his time and that is needed especially in regards to any organ disease or problem. I am speaking as a patient but I am also a medical professional too.
