Dr. Bekhor is a thoughtful and considerate doctor, besides being very professional. I would highly recommend him. In fact, the entire office staff was also very helpful and friendly. They have a great team of people working in this office.

The doctor was great. She was very nice and helpful and answered my many questions. I waited so long though and the office charged me more than I think was necessary for my PCP visit. The office staff at one point after I had already given my initial form, said "are you being helped?" like she didn't know that I had been there and given one form already.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Kletsman today. I NEVER had to sit in the waiting area! I had a very pleasant experience with him and his staff. The office is quite modern inside an old building on 45th street- very convenient and neat as a pin. The staff makes everything happen seamlessly and without stress. I had a physical plus an EKG, no less, and was headed home in about 45 minutes. They had already called in a prescription for me and had the referral I needed for another diagnostic test elsewhere. You can't beat that. I found Dr. Kletsman to be personable and efficient with a friendly staff. I was impressed!
She was great.Listened and tried to help a lot.Only problem is had to get stuck for blood test and had to go elsewhere.
I think i received adequate care (for my yearly physical and blood work), but I have to say the office is not especially well organized, and the assistants, although very kind, were not especially professional. I would go there again, if I had to, but I do expect more professionalism from my healthcare providers.

Dr Moussa was very attentive to what I had to say and was eager to help, whereas other doctors I have seen elsewhere rush and make you feel guilty for being sick.
Dr. Degenhardt was pleasant and thorough in his evaluation of my eye. Will definitely be back for any PCP needs.
