Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
I discovered that creating work though ones healing journey has profound results. Since 2015, I worked extensively as an artist and a caregiver for children with different abilities, which brought me to the field of art therapy. I strive to help others achieve their dreams and develop lasting confidence! When working together, my first objective is to establish a comfortable and friendly therapeutic relationship. I understand the importance of meeting you where you're at! My therapeutic methods incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. All of which can be supplemented with art, somatic techniques, and a little laughter.
