Life can present many challenges and you shouldn’t have to face them alone. Whether you are going through a time of crisis, want to address life-long patterns, improve interpersonal relationships, or address trauma, I’ll meet you wherever you are and help you to do that work. I feel that past traumas and early life experiences shape much of who we are today, but that doesn’t mean you can’t change who you’re going to be. Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), psychodynamic therapy, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) those traumas can be addressed and those patterns can be disrupted.
