Never had the appointment. Called the number it told me to call and it was an answering machine. Never had the appointment.

The provider did not show to the call, I was in the waiting room for 10 minutes before I decided to leave and call the clinic. I left a voicemail since the provider’s extension number was “not valid.” However, this clinic charged me today for the appointment that did not occur with provider who does not seem to work there or anywhere….
