Fantastic. Since Day 1 Adam has helped me with exercises for the injury I suffered (a Torn Quad) During the hour i was in PT I did a series of stretches exercises in a weight room and finally finished with being iced down. I was at PT with Adam for 2 months

I thought it was excellent... I pedalled on a bike, I stretched my leg muscles on a slanted board, I tired to balance on each leg, walked sideways, practised stepping on & off a step... Did circular motions with my hand/arms on a machine & did exercises on a table using my muscles & stretching most of my leg muscles.

Adam is such a wonderful physical therapist. My daughters shoulder has gained so much strength and stability since she's been receiving treatment with Adam. He makes PT so much fun for my child. She loves to go. Highly recommend Island Sports Physical Therapy in Nesonset, NY.

I am very happy with the services my daughter received at Island Sports Physical Therapy. She made great progress due to Adam's knowledge of her injury. He was very professional and immediately made her comfortable. She had rapid improvement in her mobility- all contributed to the plan he set up and worked on with her. We give, both Adam and Island Sports P/T our highest recommendation.

Adam is a phenomenal physical therapist. He has an up beat personality and a great demeanor. He is very knowledgeable and professional and is very good at explaining all that is occuring during your physical therapy. I highly recommend Adam and Island Sports Physical Therapy. I am beyond impressed with my experience. I have struggled with Knee pain for a while. I went to PT at a different place and had a bad experience.
