My adult and child clients are interested in understanding themselves by identifying key areas of their lives that are causing difficulty and pain. I enjoy collaborating with clients and working on a variety of problems such as job and relationship difficulties, bereavement, life transitions, depression, anxiety or trauma. I aim to provide a safe, confidential place in which we can look at your issues together and at your own pace.
I am a psychotherapist with a background in clinical social work and dance/movement therapy. I incorporate movement, stress management and mindfulness techniques in my work. My post-graduate studies include psychotherapy, play therapy, and family work. We will work together to establish goals that you would like to achieve, so that you can make the most out of your strengths and potential.
