More about Adriana Valdez, LCSW
Most of my early experience is with elementary-aged children and adolescents providing individual and family therapy. My later experience in private practice has led me to work with adults who are navigating life transitions, and parenting challenges or adults who present with stress, anxiety, and depression. I also work with young adults navigating adulthood, existential crisis, and relationships. I am a very active participant in therapy. I focus on providing an affirming and safe space for all my clients with the intent of developing a strong therapeutic relationship.
