Welcome to my corner at Cognitive Organics! I'm Aimee Gay, a passionate social worker committed to supporting individuals and couples through various aspects of their mental health and well-being. Grief is a universal human experience, and in my practice, I approach it with compassion and understanding. I offer support to those navigating loss, helping them find meaning and healing in their unique grief journey.
Additionally, I am experienced in addressing issues related to sleep, insomnia, and substance use. Through evidence-based strategies and personalized interventions, I collaborate with clients to develop healthier habits and coping mechanisms.
