I build a strong relationship with my clients first and foremost as that is the foundation of therapy. I am a Registered Play Therapist and have seven years of experience working with children and families in play therapy, sand play, dance/movement, music, and expressive arts. I work closely with children and their families using a family systems approach to therapy. I also work with adults and couples to identify root causes and the best treatment options for their personal needs.
I have a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. This gives me the unique advantage of working specifically with work-related stressors, supervisor issues, mindfulness, productivity, and overall employee wellness.
