I had a great experience at this spot! They were really great at explaining everything and really took their time to identify my issue with my shoulder! I felt like I got a great bang for my buck and I can’t wait to see how the exercises and follow up helps improve my shoulder over time! Very pleased with this experience and would recommend to any friends of mine!

Alex is the lead Physical Therapist at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Scottsdale and an Arizona transplant from Chicago, IL in January 2022. He recieved his bachelors of Science-Athletic Training degree at Northern Illinois University in 2014 and immediately went on to further his education at NIU where he pursued and obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. When not treating patients, you can find Alex staying active in his passion for all things sports and outdoors notably golf and hiking.
Alex has expertise in treating all generalized orthopedic conditions as well as extensive experience in treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic post-operative procedures. He also has experience working with athletes of all ages and in the sports medicine field from his undergraduate Athletic Training degree as well as with continuing education through the Titleist Performance Institute.
Alex believes in utilizing evidenced based practice in helping his patient's overcome their injuries or impairments to maximize their overall quality of health. His approach for each patient focuses on an analysis of the full body to determine where the source of dysfunction is that is ultimately leading to an individuals impairment or discomfort. He understands that there is not a "one size fits all" approach to treatment, and thus utilizes all his acquired skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement analysis, and patient education on an individualized basis for optimum results in his patient care.

Alex and Fyzical South Scottsdale are like no other PT clinic I've been to. The ONE-ONE care I received from Alex was amazing. Unlike other PT clinics where they pass you off to a PTA or Tech, Alex was with me for every treatment and every visit. The BEST PT Clinic ever.

As an aging athlete, my body is not cooperating with what my mind wants it to do. I suppose malfunctions are natural so my visits to various PTs over the years is not new. My experience with my visits to Fyzical addressed my issues effectively and professionally. I felt welcomed by the staff and will definitely keep them as an important part of my aging process.

I have nueropothy and have been to 5 different PT clinics in the Valley since I moved here 29 years ago. Alex and Fyzical South Scottsdale is amazing. The dedication to care was beyond anything I've ever expereinced. Not only that, he's helped me with my shoulder, hips and most importantly balance. I feel comfortable not falling anymore!

The reason for my visit was a painful locked up upper back/neck. Alex was able to release those muscles using a combination of treatment modalities which included manipulation, dry needling, and heat. I was completely pain free by the end of my session, and the problem did not come back.
