Hi there, I'm Alexandra!
I believe that respecting and honoring the humanity in each person I see is of the utmost importance to therapy. I am interested in helping people with adoption, anxiety, depression, and crisis management. I apply Emotionally Focused Therapy in my work with couples and adults and other evidence-based modalities. My training, as well as my personal adoption experience, makes me uniquely qualified to work with members of the adoption triad. Whether you’re a couple wanting to adopt, have adopted children, or are an adoptee/ foster youth yourself—I can help. I also have very specialized training in EFT, an evidence-based couples’ therapy that guides my couple's work.
