Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Reaching out for support is a powerful and courageous step toward healing and emotional well-being. I am deeply familiar with the quiet pain that often precedes this decision, and I honor the bravery it takes to embark on a journey of self-discovery. As a therapist, I believe in walking alongside my clients with empathy, respect, and curiosity. My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive—I strive to honor each person’s unique background, values, and lived experience. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where your story can be heard, held, and explored with care. My therapeutic work is grounded in Postmodern and strengths-based practices, particularly Narrative Therapy.I also draw from other approaches depending on each client’s goals and needs. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, identity shifts, emotional pain, or major life transitions, I tailor treatment to support your growth and resilience. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as an adjunct professor of psychology, where I mentor and train future therapists—work that keeps me connected to ongoing conversations in the mental health field. Over the years, I’ve supported clients across various settings, including private practice, community clinics, and nonprofit organizations. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and supporting women through transitions such as infertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and divorce. I also work with individuals navigating cultural identity and acculturation-related stress. It is a profound honor to be allowed to hold space for your story. With compassion, presence, and care, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
