I believe in therapy as a way of healing, self-learning, growth, and processing the challenges that life throws at us. During our sessions, we will explore how foundational relationships and experiences may have created patterns in the ways you act or engage in relationships presently. Together, we will identify areas of focus and create pathways toward meaningful reconnection with yourself and those around you.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from Calvin University. Coming from a background of working in schools, I have a special interest in working with adolescents and families. I have experience supporting clients with diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and LGBTQIA+ identities. It is my personal and professional goal to facilitate a welcoming, safe relationship that can hold all that may come up during the therapeutic process. I believe this is where lasting change and growth can happen.
