After seeing countless therapists over 5 years I was lucky enough to see Alexandra. It has been over 1 year that I have been seeing Alexandra & the strides I have made are incredible. I went from a scared, anxious young woman battling Anxiety & panic d/o to a confident and secure young woman. Alex has given me tools & helped me to acheive a state calmness in my life. I have become a better & more self actualized person as a result of our time together. She is a truly compassionate, warm, understanding therapist. I have the utmost respect for Alex and will continue to see her & work with her as I continue to learn to deal with my anxiety. Id also like to state that prior to seeing Alex I was moderately medicated & my medication schedule has decreased drastically. By far the most wonderful therapeutic experience I have had. Alex has my highest recommendation.
