I am Lexi, a dedicated bilingual therapist committed to supporting you on your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. With fluency in both English and Spanish, I provide a safe and culturally sensitive space for individuals seeking therapy.
My passion for mental health and helping others led me to pursue a career in therapy. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that different cultures and languages bring to the therapeutic process. I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life. Whether you are facing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.
My therapeutic approach is geared towards person centered- I believe you are the expert of your own life and I am there to facilitate your own self-discovery. I also integrate elements from various therapeutic modalities to create a well-rounded and holistic experience.
Outside of my work, I am an avid dog lover, I enjoy doing things with my dogs and love going to baseball games, going to concerts, and new hobbies. I am currently interested in sourdough bread making as a new hobby.
I understand the importance of a balanced and fulfilling life, and I strive to bring that perspective into our therapeutic journey.
